超高速切削Inconel718刀具寿命研究及切削参数优化 摘要 本文主要研究了超高速切削Inconel718刀具寿命的影响因素,通过对刀具材料、切削参数、刀具润滑等方面的分析研究,提出了切削参数优化的建议,以提高刀具寿命和切削效率。实验结果表明,刀具润滑、进给速度等因素对刀具寿命和切削质量具有重要影响。 关键词:超高速切削;Inconel718;刀具寿命;切削参数;刀具润滑 Introduction Inconel718isatypeofsuperalloythatiswidelyusedinvariousindustriesduetoitsexcellentmechanicalproperties,high-temperatureresistance,andcorrosionresistance.However,duetoitshighstrengthandtoughness,Inconel718isdifficulttomachineusingtraditionalcuttingmethods,whichoftenleadtolowcuttingefficiency,poorsurfacequality,andshorttoollife.Therefore,thedevelopmentofnewcuttingtechnologiesandcuttingparametersisofgreatsignificanceforimprovingthecuttingperformanceofInconel718andreducingtheprocessingcosts. Inrecentyears,theemergenceofultra-high-speedcuttingtechnologyhasgreatlyimprovedthemachiningefficiencyandqualityofInconel718.Withthehelpofnewtoolmaterials,high-speedandhigh-precisionmachiningofInconel718canbeachieved.However,duetothehighcuttingtemperatureandmechanicalloadduringultra-high-speedcutting,toolsareoftensubjecttothermalcracking,chipping,andotherfailuremodes,leadingtoshorttoollife. Inthispaper,weaimtoexploretheimpactfactorsoftoollifeinultra-high-speedcuttingofInconel718,andproposeoptimizationsuggestionsforcuttingparameterstoimprovetoollifeandcuttingefficiency. ExperimentalMethod TheexperimentswereconductedonaCNCmachiningcenterequippedwithahigh-speedspindleandamulti-functionalcuttingtool.Thecuttingtoolusedintheexperimentswasmadeofcementedcarbide(YG8),withadiameterof6mm,andanumberofcuttingedges.TheInconel718workpiecewasclampedontheworktablewithafixedpositionagainstthecuttingtool.ThecuttingparametersusedintheexperimentsareshowninTable1.
