线性分式不确定时变时滞奇异系统的鲁棒稳定性分析(英文) RobustStabilityAnalysisofUncertainTime-varyingandTime-delaySingularLinearFractionalSystems Abstract: Thispaperinvestigatestherobuststabilityanalysisofuncertaintime-varyingandtime-delaysingularlinearfractionalsystems.Singularlinearfractionalsystemshavebeenwidelyusedinvariousfields,suchascontroltheory,signalprocessing,andcommunicationengineering.However,uncertaintiesandtime-varyingcharacteristicsmayleadtosysteminstability,andtimedelaymaycauseoscillationoreveninstability.Therefore,robuststabilityanalysisofuncertaintime-varyingandtime-delaysingularlinearfractionalsystemsisofgreatsignificanceforpracticalapplications. Firstly,thebasicconceptsandpropertiesofsingularlinearfractionalsystemsareintroduced.Then,theuncertaintime-varyingandtime-delaysingularlinearfractionalsystemmodelisestablished.Thesystemuncertaintyischaracterizedbyapolytopicuncertainterm.Thetime-varyingandtime-delaytermsaremodeledbyalinearmatrixinequality(LMI)approachandadelay-dependentLMImethodrespectively.BasedontheLyapunovstabilitytheoremandtheLMItechnique,anLMI-basedstabilitycriterionisderived,whichcanguaranteetheasymptoticstabilityoftheuncertaintime-varyingandtime-delaysingularlinearfractionalsystem.Furthermore,therobuststabilityanalysisunderexternaldisturbanceisalsostudied,andadisturbanceattenuationlevelispresented. Finally,numericalsimulationsareconductedtoverifytheeffectivenessoftheproposedLMI-basedstabilitycriterion.Thesimulationresultsshowthattheuncertaintime-varyingandtime-delaysingularlinearfractionalsystemcanachieverobuststabilityundervariousparameteruncertaintiesandexternaldisturbances.
