磷酸酯PAM-200接枝改性水性环氧树脂的制备与性能研究 摘要: 本研究采用磷酸酯PAM-200对水性环氧树脂进行接枝改性,通过对改性前后水性环氧树脂的表面形貌、热性能、力学性能等进行测试,研究了PAM-200接枝改性对水性环氧树脂性能的影响。结果表明,PAM-200接枝改性可以显著增强水性环氧树脂的力学性能和耐热性能,同时同时改善了其表面形貌。因此,该研究为水性环氧树脂的应用开辟了一种新的改性途径,具有重要的理论和实际意义。 关键字:磷酸酯PAM-200;水性环氧树脂;接枝改性;性能。 Introduction: Waterborneepoxyresinhasbeenwidelyusedinvariouscoatings,adhesivesandotherfieldsduetoitsexcellentadhesion,corrosionresistanceandenvironmentalprotection.However,itsmechanicalpropertiesandthermalstabilityarestillnotsatisfactory,whichlimitsitsfurtherapplications.Graftmodificationisoneoftheeffectivewaystoimprovetheperformanceofwaterborneepoxyresin.Amongthem,phosphorylationmodificationhasreceivedincreasingattentionduetothegoodcompatibilitybetweenphosphorylatedpolymersandepoxyresins. Experimentalpart: 1.Materialsandequipment: Waterborneepoxyresin(WR-20),PAM-200,γ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane(KH560),ethanol,cyclohexane,sodiumhydroxide,hydrochloricacid,etc.,wereallanalyticalgradereagents.Theinfraredspectrometer(FTIR)isNicolet6700,scanningelectronmicroscope(SEM)isHitachiS-3400,thermalanalysismeter(DSC)isMettlerToledoDSC1STAReSystemanduniversaltestingmachine(UTM)isHounsfieldH10KS. 2.Graftmodification: (1)PreparationofPAM-200solution:1.0gPAM-200wasdissolvedin50mLethanoltoobtaina2%(massfraction)PAM-200solution. (2)ModificationofWR-20:50gWR-20wasmixedwith0.5gKH560and20mLcyclohexane,stirredat80°Cfor30min,thencooledtoroomtemperature.Then,1.0mLPAM-200solutionwasaddedandstirredat40°Cfor4h.Afterthat,themixturewasdilutedwithwaterandfilteredtoobtainthemodifiedwaterborneepoxyresin. 3.Characterization: (1)Surfacemorphology:TheSEMimagesofthecrosssectionofthemodifiedandunmodifiedWR-20coatingswereobtained. (2)Thermalproperties:TheDSCcurvesofthemodifiedandunmodifiedWR-20wererecorded.
