考虑内流和海床作用的柔性立管和钢悬链线立管非线性分析(英文) Abstract Flexiblerisersandsteelcatenaryrisers(SCRs)arewidelyusedinoffshoreoilandgasproductionduetotheirabilitytowithstandharshmarineenvironments.However,theserisersaresubjecttononlinearbehaviorduetotheinternalflowoffluidsandinteractionswiththeseabed.ThispaperpresentsanoverviewofthenonlinearanalysisofflexiblerisersandSCRs,withafocusontheeffectsofinternalflowandseabedinteractionontheirbehavior.Thepaperalsodiscussesthenumericalmethodsemployedtosimulatethenonlinearbehavioroftheserisersandpresentsseveralcasestudiestoillustratetheapplicationofthesemethods. Introduction FlexiblerisersandSCRsareusedinoffshoreoilandgasproductiontotransportfluidsbetweentheseabedandthesurfacefacility.Flexiblerisersareconstructedofmultiplelayersofpolymerandsteelarmorwires,providingflexibilitytowithstandthestressofthewavesandcurrents.SCRs,ontheotherhand,areconstructedofsteelpipesanchoredtotheseabed,formingacatenaryshapeduetotheirownweight.Theserisersaresubjecttononlinearbehaviorduetointernalfluidflowandtheirinteractionwiththeseabed.Therefore,accurateanalysisoftheserisersisnecessarytoensuretheirsafeandreliableoperation. InternalFlowEffect InternalfluidflowaffectsthebehaviorofflexiblerisersandSCRs.Theflowoffluidinsidetherisergeneratestransversevibrations,bendingstresses,andaxialloadsthatimpacttheriser'sbehavior.Thehelicalgeometryoftheriserleadstodisturbancesinthefluidflow,whichleadstoadecreaseintheeffectivedragcoefficientandvortexshedding.Thiseffectcanleadtovibrationandbendingstressintheriser.
