环氧防护材料固化收缩应力试验研究 Title:ExperimentalStudyonCuringShrinkageStressofEpoxyProtectiveMaterials Abstract: Thecuringshrinkagestressofepoxyprotectivematerialsplaysacrucialroleindeterminingtheperformanceanddurabilityofprotectivecoatings.Inthisstudy,thefocusisoninvestigatingthecuringshrinkagestressbehaviorofepoxymaterialsandelucidatingthefactorsthatinfluencethisstress.Aseriesofexperimentswereconductedtoevaluatetheeffectsofvariousparameters,suchascuringconditions,materialcomposition,andmechanicalpropertiesofepoxyprotectivecoatings.Theresultsobtainedfromthisstudycontributetoadeeperunderstandingofthecuringshrinkagestressphenomenonandprovideinsightsforthedevelopmentofimprovedepoxyprotectivematerials. 1.Introduction Epoxyprotectivematerialsarewidelyusedinindustriessuchasconstruction,automotive,andaerospaceduetotheirexcellentadhesion,chemicalresistance,andmechanicalproperties.However,thecuringprocessofepoxymaterialsisaccompaniedbyavolumetricshrinkage,resultinginthegenerationofshrinkagestressthatcanleadtocoatingfailures,suchascracks,delamination,andreducedmechanicalproperties.Therefore,itisessentialtoinvestigatethecuringshrinkagestressbehavioranddeterminethefactorsinfluencingit. 2.ExperimentalMethodology 2.1MaterialSynthesis Epoxycoatingswithdifferentcompositionsweresynthesizedusingepoxyresin,curingagent,andadditives.Thematerialcompositionwasvariedbychangingtheratioofepoxyresintocuringagentandincorporatingadditivestomodifythemechanicalproperties. 2.2CuringShrinkageMeasurement Curingshrinkagewasmeasuredusingastraingaugeattachedtoasampleduringthecuringprocess.Thechangeinstrainwasrecordedasafunctionoftimetoobtainthecuringshrinkagestresscurve. 2.3InfluenceofCuringConditions Theinfluenceofcuringconditionsonthecuringshrinkagestresswasinvestigatedbyvaryingparameterssuchastemperature,curingtime,andhumidity.Theaimwastodeterminetheoptimalcuringconditionsthatminimizethecuringshrinkagestress. 2.4InfluenceofMaterialComposition Theeffectofmaterialcompositiononthecuringshrinkagestresswasevaluatedb
