Introduction Starsensorsarewidelyusedinspacecraftattitudedeterminationandcontrolsystemsbecauseoftheirhighmeasurementaccuracyandreliability.Theaccuracyofstarsensormeasurementsdependsontheaccuracyofstarpointextraction.However,starextractionerrorscanbeaffectedbyvariouserrorsourcessuchasinstrumentorenvironmentalfactors.Therefore,itisimportanttoanalyzetheerrorsourcesaffectingtheaccuracyofstarpointextractioninhigh-precisionstarsensorsandproposeacompensationmethodtoimprovetheaccuracyofstarpointextraction. ErrorSourcesAnalysis Theerrorsaffectingtheaccuracyofstarpointextractioncanbedividedintotwocategories:randomerrorsandsystematicerrors. Randomerrorsarecausedbytheintrinsiclimitationsofthesensororexternalfactors,suchasnoise,vibration,andtemperaturefluctuation.Randomerrorscanbereducedbyaveragingthemeasurementsorusingsignalprocessingtechniques.
