基于模糊PD控制理论的电解加工机床控制系统研究 Abstract ThispaperpresentsastudyofthecontrolsystemforanelectrolyticmachiningtoolbasedonfuzzyPDcontroltheory.Theaimofthisresearchistoimprovethemachiningaccuracyandtoreducethemachiningtimebyimplementingamoreadvancedcontrolmechanism.Theconventionalproportional-integral-derivative(PID)controlsystemisoftenusedinelectrochemicalmachining(ECM),butitslimitationscancausepoorcontrolandreducedsystemefficiency.FuzzyPDcontrolisanadvancedcontrolapproachthatusestheerroranditsderivativeasinputsandfuzzylogictohandlethecontrolactions.ThispaperdiscussestheimplementationofthefuzzyPDcontrolinanECMsystemandpresentsthesimulationresultsthatdemonstratetheeffectivenessofthiscontrolapproach. Introduction Electrochemicalmachining(ECM)isanon-traditionalmachiningprocessusedinprocessingcomplexanddifficult-to-processmaterials.ECMutilizestheprincipleofelectrolysistoremovematerialfromtheworkpiecebyapplyinganelectricalcurrenttotheanodeandacathodeimmersedinanelectrolytesolution.Theprocessoffersseveraladvantagesoverconventionalmachiningtechniques,suchashighaccuracy,smoothsurfacefinish,andtheabilitytomachinecomplexshapes.However,thecontrolofthisprocessisacriticalissuethatmustbeaddressedtoachieveprecisemachiningparameters. Theconventionalproportional-integral-derivative(PID)controlsystemiswidelyusedinECMapplications.However,thePIDcontrollershavelimitationsandcannothandlenonlinearitiesaccurately,resultinginpoorcontrolandreducedsystemefficiency.FuzzyPDcontrolisarobustcontrolapproachthatusesfuzzylogictohandlethecontrolactionsandoffersbettercontrolperformanceinnonlinearsystems.Thefuzzylogiccontrollerprovidesanonlinearandadaptivecontrolmechanismthatcanhandletheuncertaintiesandnonlinearityoftheprocess. ThispaperpresentsastudyofthecontrolsystemforanelectrolyticmachiningtoolbasedonfuzzyPDcontroltheory.Theobjectiveistoimprovethemachiningaccuracyandtoreducethemachiningtimebyimplementingamoreadvancedcontrolmechanism.
