基于旋转电弧传感器的水下焊缝偏差识别算法(英文) Abstract Underwaterweldingisachallengingandcomplexprocessbecauseofthevariousenvironmentalandtechnicaldifficultiesencountered.Oneofthemostcriticalfactorsthataffectthequalityofunderwaterweldingisthedeviationoftheweldseam.Thispaperpresentsanovelalgorithmforidentifyingthedeviationofunderwaterweldingusingarotatingelectricarcsensor.Thealgorithmisbasedonthemaximumenergyoftheweldingcurrent,andtheaccuracyofthealgorithmisverifiedthroughsimulationexperiments.Theresultsshowthattheproposedalgorithmcanaccuratelyidentifythedeviationofunderwaterweldingandhasstrongpracticalityinunderwaterweldingprocesses. Introduction Underwaterweldingiswidelyusedinvariousfields,suchasthemaintenanceandrepairofoffshorestructuresandpipelines.Underwaterweldingisadifficultandcomplexprocess,andthequalityoftheweldingprocessisaffectedbyvariousfactors,suchasthelowvisibility,highwaterpressure,andhighhumidityunderwater.Inaddition,thedeviationoftheunderwaterweldseamisamajorfactorthataffectsthequalityofunderwaterwelding.Therefore,theidentificationandcontrolofthedeviationoftheweldseamisakeyissueinunderwaterwelding. Thetraditionalmethodsforidentifyingthedeviationoftheweldseammainlyincludevisualinspectionusingvideocameras,magneticparticleinspection,andultrasonictesting.However,thesemethodshavecertainlimitations,suchaslimitationsontheinspectionrangeandaccuracy,andenvironmentalconstraints.Therefore,itisnecessarytodevelopanewmethodforidentifyingthedeviationofweldseamforunderwaterweldingprocesses. Inrecentyears,withthedevelopmentofsensortechnology,rotatingelectricarcsensorshavegraduallybecomethefocusofresearchinunderwaterwelding.Theycanovercomethelimitationsoftraditionalmethodsandhavetheadvantagesofhighsensitivity,highprecision,andreal-timemonitoring.Therefore,thispaperproposesanovelalgorithmforidentifyingthedeviationofunderwaterweldingusingarotatingelectricarcsensor.
