Introduction Equipmentmonitoringisanintegralpartofequipmentmanagementandmaintenance.However,traditionalmanualmonitoringsystemshaveseverallimitations,includinghighcosts,lowefficiency,andlowaccuracy.Inrecentyears,remotemonitoringsystemshavebecomemorepopularduetotheirabilitytomonitorequipmentfromaremotelocationandreducemaintenancecosts.Thesesystemscanprovidereal-timemonitoringofequipment,aswellasdetectingfaultsandanomaliesandprovidingtimelynotifications. ThispaperpresentsthedesignofaremoteintelligentmonitoringsystembasedonLABVIEW.Thesystemcanmonitorawiderangeofequipment,includingmechanical,electrical,andelectronicsystems.ThesystemisbasedontheconceptofIndustry4.0andcanprovidereal-timedataacquisitionanddisplay,alarmnotifications,andintelligentdataanalysis.Thesystemhelpsinimprovingtheefficiencyandcost-effectivenessofmaintenancemanagement.
