基于LabWindowsCVI的取力发电系统测试平台设计 Introduction Theenergysectorhasexperiencedasignificantshiftinrecentyears,withenergyproductionandconsumptionbecomingatoppriorityformanycountries.Asaresult,varioustypesofrenewableenergytechnologieshavebeendevelopedtotakeadvantageofnaturallyoccurringenergysourcessuchaswind,solar,andhydro.Oneofthespecifictechnologiesisaforce-mediatedelectricitygenerationsystemthattapsthepowergeneratedbyfluctuationsinfluidorwaterpressure.Thefundamentalprinciplebehindthistechnologyisthatachangeinfluidpressuregeneratesareactiveforcethatcanbeharnessedtoproduceelectricity.Thesystemcomprisesatransducerthatconvertstheseforcesintoanelectricalsignal,andanelectronicsystemthatamplifiesthesignaltogenerateusablepower. LabWindowsCVIisasoftwareenvironmentthatisdesignedexplicitlyfordevelopinghigh-performancemeasurementandautomationsystems.Itisusedextensivelyinscientificresearch,engineering,andprocessautomationapplications.Inthispaper,wedescribethedesignofaLabWindowsCVI-basedforce-mediatedelectricitygenerationsystemtestingplatform. SystemDesign Theforce-mediatedelectricitygenerationsystemtestingplatformaimstofacilitatethetestingandcharacterizationofthesystem'sperformancebyprovidingarobustandflexibleplatformfordataacquisitionandanalysis.Theplatformcomprisesfourprimarycomponents,namelytheactuator,transducer,dataacquisitionsystem,andcontrolsoftware.ThegeneralarchitectureofthesystemisshownintheschematicdiagraminFigure1. Actuator Theactuatorisusedtocreatethefluidpressurefluctuationsthatgeneratetheforceusedtopowerthesystem.Theactuatorusedinthesystemisahydraulicpistonpumpthatoperatesonapulleysystem.Thepump'srotationalmotiongeneratesapressurefluctuationinthehydraulicfluid,whichgeneratesacorrespondingreactiveforce.Thepump'sdischargeisfedintoaclosed-circuithydraulicsystem,comprisingahydraulicaccumulator,pipingsystem,andhydraulicmotor.Thehydraulicmotorismechanicallycoupledtothetransducer,whichconvertsthereactiveforceintoanelectricalsignal.
