[Introduction] Motioncontroltechnologyhasbecomethecoretechnologyinmanyfieldsofmanufacturing.Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofintelligentmanufacturingtechnology,motioncontrolsystemshavebecomemoreandmorecomplex,andtherequirementsforhighefficiencyandhighaccuracyhavebecomemorestringent.Manymanufacturersareactivelyseekingwaystoimprovetheintegrationandcoordinationofvariousmotioncontrolsystemstoimproveproductionefficiency. LabVIEWisawidelyusedgraphicalprogramminglanguageinmeasurementandcontrolsystems.Withitspowerfuldataacquisition,signalanalysisandprocessingcapabilities,LabVIEWisanexcellentsoftwaretoolformotioncontrol.AutoCADVBAisanextensionofAutoCADthatcanbeusedtoautomaterepetitivetasksandcustomizetheuserinterface.Itisalsoapowerfultoolforcreatinggraphicsandcontrollingexternaldevices.Bycombiningthetwotechnologies,wecaneffectivelycoordinatethemotioncontrolsystemandimproveitsefficiencyandprecision.
