中国水生态区划方法体系及淮河范例研究(英文) ResearchontheMethodSystemofHydro-ecologicalRegionalizationinChinaandHuaiRiverBasinExample Abstract:Hydro-ecologicalregionalizationisanimportantapproachtoprotectwaterresourcesandecologicalenvironment.Thispaperdiscussesthemethodsystemofhydro-ecologicalregionalizationinChinaandtakesHuaiRiverBasinasanexampletoexploretheapplicationandeffectofthemethodsystem.Themethodsystemiscomposedofthreelayers:basiclayer,evaluationlayerandzoninglayer.Thebasiclayerincludesfivefactors:waterconditions,climateconditions,landformconditions,soilconditionsandvegetationconditions.Theevaluationlayerselectsnineassessmentindicatorstoevaluatethehydro-ecologicalconditions:watersupplycapacity,waterquality,waterecologicalfunction,floodcontrolcapacity,droughtresistance,waterdemand,waterresourcesutilizationlevel,ecologicalenvironmentstatusandsocio-economicdevelopmentlevel.Thezoninglayerdividesthestudyareaintohydro-ecologicalregionsthathavesimilarhydro-ecologicalcharacteristicsanddevelopmentpotentials.TakingHuaiRiverBasinasanexample,thestudyareaisdividedintofourregions:thehighqualityregion,themediumqualityregion,thelowqualityregionandthecriticalregion.Throughtheanalysisofthezoningmap,itisfoundthatthemethodsystemcanaccuratelyreflectthehydro-ecologicalcharacteristicsofdifferentregionsandprovidescientificbasisfortheformulationofwaterresourcesmanagementpoliciesandmeasures.
