Inthisstudy,a0.5μmGaAsPHEMTsingle-polenine-throwRFswitchchipisdesignedandfabricatedusingtheadvancedsemiconductorfabricationtechnology.Theproposedswitchchiphasacompactsizeandlowinsertionloss,suitableforapplicationsinhigh-frequencycommunicationsystems.Thedesignprocess,layoutdesign,andfabricationprocessofthechiparedescribedindetail,andthetestresultsarepresentedandanalyzed.
