一种新型溶液除湿冷水机组性能分析(英文) PerformanceAnalysisofaNewSolutionDehumidificationChilledWaterUnit Abstract: Theaimofthisstudyistoanalyzetheperformanceofanewsolutiondehumidificationchilledwaterunit.Weanalyzedtheefficiencyoftheunitbyconductingexperimentsandsimulations.Intheexperiment,wemeasuredtheperformanceoftheunitbyrecordingthetemperature,humidity,andflowrateofthechilledwater.Simulationsoftwarewasusedtoevaluatetheinfluenceofthestructuralparametersandoperatingconditionsontheperformanceoftheunit.Theresultsshowthatthenewsolutiondehumidificationchilledwaterunithasahighcoolingcapacityanddehumidifyingperformance. Introduction: Airconditioningsystemsplayanimportantroleinmaintainingindoorthermalcomfort,andtheirenergyconsumptionaccountsforasignificantproportionofglobalenergyconsumption.Dehumidificationisanessentialpartofairconditioningsystems,asithelpstoremovemoisturefromtheair,whichimprovescomfortandreducesenergyconsumption.Traditionalairconditioningsystemsusevaporcompressionrefrigerationtechnology,whichhaslowenergyefficiencyandenvironmentalpollutionissues.Therefore,thereisanurgentneedtodevelopefficientandenvironmentally-friendlyairconditioningsystems. Thenewsolutiondehumidificationchilledwaterunitisanewtypeofairconditioningsystemthathasbeendevelopedtoaddresstheshortcomingsoftraditionalairconditioningsystems.Thissystemusesaliquiddesiccanttoremovemoisturefromtheair,whichreducestheworkloadoftheevaporator,improvesthecoefficientofperformance,andreducestheenergyconsumptionofthesystem.Inthisstudy,wefocusedonanalyzingtheperformanceofthenewsolutiondehumidificationchilledwaterunit. Methods: Experimentalsetup: Weconductedexperimentsusingaprototypeofthenewsolutiondehumidificationchilledwaterunit.Theunitconsistsoffivemaincomponents:aliquiddesiccanttank,aheatexchanger,acoolingtower,asolutioncirculationpump,andafan.AschematicdiagramoftheexperimentalsetupisshowninFigure1.
