一种新型纤维膜生化器的制备及其在废水处理中的应用(英文) PreparationofaNovelFiberMembraneBioreactorandItsApplicationinWastewaterTreatment Abstract: Membranebioreactor(MBR)technologyhasbeenwidelyusedinwastewatertreatmentduetoitsexcellentpurificationefficiencyandcompactstructure.However,conventionalMBRsfacechallengesintermsofmembranefoulingandhighenergyconsumption.Inthisstudy,anewtypeoffibermembranebioreactor(FMBR)wasprepared,whichutilizesfibermembraneswithexcellentmechanicalstrength,highporosity,andlowfoulingpropensity.TheFMBRsystemwasappliedtotreatsyntheticwastewater,andtheresultsshowedthattheCODremovalratereached98.6%andNH4+-Nremovalratereached98.4%,indicatingexcellentperformanceoftheFMBRsystem. Introduction: Wastewaterisamajorenvironmentalissuethatrequiresurgentattention.Traditionalwastewatertreatmenttechnologies,suchasactivatedsludgeprocessesandfiltration,havebeenusedextensively.However,theseprocesseshavelimitations,suchaslowtreatmentefficiency,highenergyconsumption,andspacerequirements.Inrecentyears,membranebioreactor(MBR)technologyhasemergedasapromisingmethodforwastewatertreatmentduetoitscompactstructure,highpurificationefficiency,andabilitytoproducehigh-qualityeffluent.However,conventionalMBRsstillfacechallengesintermsofmembranefouling,whichcanreducethequalityofthetreatedwaterandincreasetheoperationcost. InresponsetothechallengesofconventionalMBRs,anewtypeoffibermembranebioreactor(FMBR)wasdevelopedbasedonfibermembranetechnology.TheFMBRsystemconsistsofabioreactorandafibermembranemodule,whichisdesignedtoachievehighpurificationefficiencyandlowenergyconsumption.ThefibermembranesusedintheFMBRsystemhaveexcellentmechanicalstrength,highporosity,andlowfoulingpropensity,whichcaneffectivelyreducemembranefoulingandeffectivelytreatwastewater.
