FeCoNbSiB块体非晶合金韧脆转变的研究 Abstract: Thestudyofductile-brittletransitionintheFeCoNbSiBbulkamorphousalloyhasbeeninvestigated.Theductile-brittletransitionisacrucialfactorindeterminingthemechanicalpropertiesofmaterials.TheFeCoNbSiBbulkamorphousalloyexhibitsexcellentmechanicalproperties,buttheductile-brittletransitionisstillachallengingissue.Thispaperinvestigatestheductile-brittletransitionoftheFeCoNbSiBbulkamorphousalloyusingvariouscharacterizationtechniques.TheresultsindicatethattheFeCoNbSiBbulkamorphousalloyundergoesaductile-brittletransitionwithincreasingtemperature.Thecriticaltemperatureforthetransitionisaround350°C.Theductile-brittletransitionisduetothede-bondingoftheatomsaroundtheshearband.ThestudyprovidesimportantinsightsintothemechanicalpropertiesoftheFeCoNbSiBbulkamorphousalloyandopensupavenuesforthedesignofadvancedamorphousalloyswithimprovedmechanicalproperties. Introduction: Bulkamorphousalloyshavegarneredsignificantattentionduetotheiruniquemechanicalproperties,whichcombinethestrengthandtoughnessofceramicswiththedeformabilityofmetals.Amongthebulkamorphousalloys,Fe-basedalloyshaveshownexcellentmechanicalproperties,includinghighstrength,goodplasticity,andhighcorrosionresistance,makingthemidealcandidatesforawiderangeofengineeringapplications.TheFeCoNbSiBbulkamorphousalloy,inparticular,hasattractedconsiderableattentionduetoitsexcellentmechanicalproperties,includinghighstrength,goodductility,andgoodcorrosionresistance. However,thesealloysexhibitaductile-brittletransition,whichlimitstheirmechanicalproperties.Theductile-brittletransitionisacriticalphenomenonthataffectsthemechanicalpropertiesofmaterials,especiallybrittlematerials.Thetransitiontemperaturedependsonthenatureofthematerialanditsmicrostructure.Theductile-brittletransitionbehavioroftheFeCoNbSiBbulkamorphousalloyhasnotbeensystematicallyinvestigated.
