醇胺烯胺复合溶液脱碳性能的实验研究 Title:ExperimentalStudyonDecarburizationPerformanceofAmine-AlkeneCompositeSolution Abstract: Decarburizationisavitalprocessinthesteelindustry,whichaimstoreducethecarboncontentinthemoltenmetaltoachievethedesiredcompositionandproperties.Inthisstudy,thedecarburizationperformanceofanovelamine-alkenecompositesolutionwasinvestigated.Theeffectsofdifferentprocessparameters,includingtemperature,concentration,andreactiontime,wereexamined.Theresultsshowedthattheamine-alkenecompositesolutionexhibitedexcellentdecarburizationefficiency,makingitapromisingalternativeforindustrialdecarburizationprocesses. 1.Introduction: Decarburizationisacrucialstepinsteelmaking,asitdirectlyaffectsthequalityandpropertiesofthefinalproduct.Traditionally,thedecarburizationprocessinvolvestheinjectionofgases,suchasoxygenorcarbondioxide,intothemoltenmetal.However,thesemethodsareenergy-intensive,havesafetyconcerns,andmayleadtoundesirablesidereactions.Therefore,thereisaneedforalternativedecarburizationmethodsthataremoreefficientandenvironmentallyfriendly. 2.ExperimentalMethods: 2.1Materials: Theamine-alkenecompositesolutionwaspreparedbydissolvingapredeterminedamountofaminecompoundandalkenecompoundinasuitablesolvent.Thecompositionofthesolutionwasoptimizedthroughpreliminaryexperiments. 2.2ExperimentalSetup: Thedecarburizationexperimentswereconductedusingalab-scaleinductionfurnace.Thetemperaturewascontrolledusingamulti-zonetemperaturecontroller.Athermocouplewasusedtomeasurethetemperatureofthemoltenmetalthroughouttheprocess. 2.3ExperimentalProcedure: Apredeterminedamountoftheamine-alkenecompositesolutionwasaddedtothemoltenmetal.Thereactionwascarriedoutforaspecifieddurationataconstanttemperature.Thecarboncontentofthemetalbeforeandafterdecarburizationwasmeasuredusingacarbonanalyzer.Thedecarburizationefficiencywascalculatedbasedonthechangeincarboncontent. 3.ResultsandDiscussion: 3.1EffectofTemperature: Thetemperatureplayedacrucialroleinthedecarburizationprocess.Itwasobservedthatasthetemperaturei
