铁包覆T-ZnOw复合粉体的制备及其性能研究 摘要: 本文以T-ZnOw复合粉体为研究对象,研究了不同条件下制备的铁包覆T-ZnOw复合粉体的结构、形貌和性能。结果表明,当铁粉的添加量为T-ZnOw质量的10%时,制备的铁包覆T-ZnOw复合粉体结构完整,表面覆盖铁层,具有较好的导电性和磁性能力。同时,铁层的存在还增强了复合粉体在可见光下的吸收能力,使其具备了作为光催化剂的潜力。 关键词:铁包覆T-ZnOw复合粉体;制备条件;结构形貌;性能 Introduction T-ZnOwcompositepowdershaveattractedmuchattentionduetotheiroutstandingpropertiessuchashighconductivity,excellentmagneticproperties,andgreatpotentialforapplicationsinthefieldsofoptoelectronics,photoelectrochemistry,andcatalysis.However,theapplicationofT-ZnOwcompositepowdersisstilllimitedbytheirrelativelylowabsorptionofvisiblelight,whichrestrictstheiruseasphotocatalysts.Toovercomethisproblem,iron-coatedT-ZnOwcompositepowderswerepreparedinthisstudytoenhancetheirvisiblelightabsorptionabilityandimprovetheirphotocatalyticperformance. MaterialsandMethods T-ZnOwcompositepowdersweresynthesizedbyaco-precipitationmethodusingzincnitrateandsodiumhydroxideasprecursors.Iron-coatedT-ZnOwcompositepowderswerepreparedbyaddingacertainamountofironpowderduringtheco-precipitationprocess.TheobtainedpowderswerecharacterizedbyX-raydiffraction(XRD),scanningelectronmicroscope(SEM),energydispersivespectroscopy(EDS),andvibratingsamplemagnetometer(VSM). ResultsandDiscussion TheXRDpatternsoftheobtainedpowdersshowedthattheT-ZnOwcompositepowderswereofhexagonalwurtzitestructure,andtheironcoatingdidnotaffectthecrystalstructureofthecompositepowders.TheSEMimagesrevealedthattheT-ZnOwcompositepowdershadarod-likemorphology,whiletheiron-coatedT-ZnOwcompositepowdershadalayeredstructurewithaclearironcoatingonthesurface.TheEDSresultsshowedthattheironcontentinthecoatedpowdersincreasedwiththeamountofaddedironpowder. TheVSMresultsshowedthattheiron-coatedT-ZnOwcompositepowdersexhibitedferromagneticbehavior,whichwasattributedtothepresenceofirononthesurface.Theelectricalconductivityoftheiron-coatedT-ZnOwcompositepowderswashigherthanthatoftheuncoatedpowders,indicatingtheexcellentelectricalpropertiesofthecompositepowders.Thevisiblelightabsorptionabilityoftheiron-coatedT-ZnOwcompositepowd
