Inthispaper,wewillanalyzethestructureofthephytoplanktoncommunityinHuashenhuandZixialakes,focusingontheroleoffloatingbacteriaandtheirinteractionswithotherorganismsintheseecosystems. Methods ToanalyzethestructureofthephytoplanktoncommunityinHuashenhuandZixialakes,watersampleswerecollectedfromvariousdepthsusingaVanDornwatersampler.Sampleswerethenfilteredthrougha0.22μmporesizefiltertoremoveallcellslargerthanbacteria. DNAextractionandsequencingwereperformedusingIlluminaMiSeqsystemandprimerstargetingtheV4hypervariableregionofthe16SrRNAgene.Theresultingsequenceswereanalyzedusingbioinformatictoolstodeterminethebacterialcommunitystructureanddiversity. Results TheanalysisofthebacterialcommunitystructureinHuashenhuandZixialakesrevealedahighdiversityofbacterialtaxa,withthemostabundantphylabeingProteobacteria,Bacteroidetes,andActinobacteria.Thedistributionofbacterialtaxavariedbydepthandlocationinthelakes,withsometaxabeingmoreprevalentinspecificareas. Inadditiontothediversityofbacterialtaxa,thephytoplanktoncommunityintheselakeswasfoundtobedominatedbydiatoms,greenalgae,andcyanobacteria.Thesegroupsoforganismswerefoundtointeractwiththefloatingbacteriaincomplexways,withsomebacteriaprovidingnutrientsandotherresourcestothephytoplankton,whileothersmaycompetefortheseresources. Conclusion TheanalysisofthephytoplanktoncommunitystructureinHuashenhuandZixialakesrevealedacomplexandhighlydiverseecosystem,supportedbyacombinationoffloatingbacteriaandphytoplanktonspecies.Thisstudyprovidesvaluableinsightsintotheroleofbacteriainoligotrophiclakes,andhighlightstheimportanceofcon
