等离子喷涂HAZrO_2复合涂层结合强度研究 Abstract: High-velocityoxygenfuel(HVOF)plasmasprayiswidelyusedtodeposithardandwear-resistantcoatingsonvarioussubstrates.ThepresentstudyinvestigatesthemicrostructureandbondstrengthofHAZrO₂compositecoatingsdepositedonastainless-steelsubstratethroughplasmaspraytechnology.TheresultsdemonstratethattheHAZrO₂compositecoatingsexhibithighhardnessandsignificantwearresistance,whichenhancestheprotectionofthemetallicsubstrate.Thebondstrengthofthecoatingwasevaluatedthroughascratchtest,whichindicatesthattheHAZrO₂compositecoatingexhibitsexcellentadhesiveproperties,indicatingthatitcanbeusedinvariousindustrialapplications. Introduction: Inrecentyears,plasmaspraytechnologyhasbecomeincreasinglypopularforproducinghardandwear-resistantcoatingsonmetallicsubstrates.Plasmaspraytechnologyhasseveraladvantagesoverothercoatingmethods,suchashighdepositionrate,uniformity,andtheabilitytoproduceagradedcoatingstructure.Amongvariousceramiccoatings,zirconia(ZrO₂)hasbeenwidelyusedduetoitshighmeltingpoint,excellentthermalstability,andgoodchemicalinertness.However,zirconiacoatingshavelowtoughness,whichlimitstheirapplicationincertainindustrialfields.Toimprovethemechanicalpropertiesofzirconiacoatings,researchershavefocusedoncreatingcompositecoatingsusingdifferentmaterialssuchasmetalandceramicparticles.Amongvariouscompositecoatings,theHAZrO₂compositecoatinghasattractedsignificantattentionduetoitsuniquepropertiessuchascorrosionresistance,wearresistance,andhighhardness. Experimental: TheHAZrO₂compositecoatingwaspreparedusingtheHVOFplasmaspraytechnique,whichinvolvestheinjectionofamixtureofzirconiapowderandmetalparticlesathighvelocityontoasteelsubstrate.Theplasmasprayparameterswereoptimizedtoachievethedesiredcoatingproperties.Themicrostructureofthecoatingwasanalyzedusingscanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),andthehardnesswasevaluatedusingVickershardnesstesting.Ascratchtestwascarriedouttodeterminetheadhesionpropertiesofthecoatingonthesubstrate.
