盾构机刀盘与土体相互作用模拟分析(英文) Tunnelboringmachines(TBM)areacriticalcomponentintheconstructionofundergroundtunnels.Thesespecializedmachinesaredesignedtoborethroughsoilandrockusingarotatingcuttinghead,knownasacutterheadordisccutter,mountedonthefrontofthemachine.Thecutterheadconsistsofaseriesofdisccuttersarrangedindistinctpatterns,whichcanbechangeddependingonthetypeofsoilorrockbeingexcavated.OnetypeofcutterheadthatiscommonlyusedinTBMistheshieldedcutterhead. TheinteractionbetweenthecutterheadandthesoilisessentialtotheefficientandsafeoperationoftheTBM.Inthispaper,wewilldiscussthesimulationanalysisoftheinteractionbetweentheshieldedcutterheadandsoilduringexcavation.Thisresearchaimstohelpimprovethedesignofcutterheadsandexcavationtechniques,leadingtomoreefficientandsafertunnelconstruction. Duringexcavation,thecutterheadrotatesandcutsthroughthesoil.Thesoilparticlesarepushedasidebythedisccutters,andtheresultingdebrisistransportedthroughthemachinetothesurface.Theinteractionbetweenthecutterheadandthesoilcreatessignificantstressesonboththecutterheadandthesoil,aswellasthesurroundingrockmass. Tostudytheinteractionbetweentheshieldedcutterheadandthesoil,anumericalsimulationmodelwasdevelopedusingthefiniteelementmethod.Themodelconsistsofa3DrepresentationoftheTBMandsoilmaterials.Thephysicalpropertiesofthesoilwereinputintothemodel,includingthedensity,compressivestrength,andfrictionangle.Thecutterhead'sgeometryandcuttingparameters,suchasthecutterdiameter,numberofdisccutters,andthecutterheadrotationspeed,werealsoincludedinthemodel. Thesimulationresultsshowedthattheinteractionbetweentheshieldedcutterheadandsoiliscomplexanddependsonnumerousfactors,suchasthesoiltypeandcutterheaddesign.Theaxialforceactingonthecutterheadwasobservedtoincreasewithsoildepth,asthecutterheadhadtoovercometheadditionalgroundresistance.Thetorqueandmomentactingonthecutterheadalsoincreasedwithdepth,andthemaximumcuttingforcewasobservedatthefrontofthecutterhead.
