Methods: 1.SampleCollection:SedimentsamplesfromtwodifferentproductionareasofstrongaromaBaijiuwerecollected.Theselectedareasrepresentdistinctecologicalconditionsandproductionmethods. 2.DNAExtraction:MicrobialDNAwasextractedfromthesedimentsamplesusingacommercialDNAextractionkit. 3.High-ThroughputSequencing:TheV3-V4hypervariableregionsofthebacterial16SrRNAgeneandthefungalITS1-2regionwereamplifiedandsequencedusingIlluminaMiSeqplatform. 4.DataAnalysis:Rawsequencingdatawerequalityfiltered,denoised,andclusteredintooperationaltaxonomicunits(OTUs)at97%similarity.Taxonomicassignmentsweremadeusingreferencedatabases.Alphaandbetadiversity
