海底犁式挖沟机犁体曲面优化设计(英文) Title:DesignOptimizationofUnderwaterPlow-typeTrencherPloughBody Abstract: Underwaterplow-typetrenchersareessentialequipmentusedfortheconstructionofunderwaterpipelinesandcablenetworks.Theefficiencyandperformanceofthesemachinesgreatlydependonthedesignoftheirploughbodies.Thispaperfocusesontheoptimizationoftheploughbody'scurvedsurfaceinordertoimproveitsdiggingcapability,reducingthepowerrequiredandenhancingtheoverallefficiency. 1.Introduction: Theconstructionofunderwaterpipelinesandcablenetworksplaysavitalroleinmoderninfrastructuredevelopment.Toefficientlylaythesenetworks,underwaterplow-typetrenchershavebeendeveloped.Thispaperaddressestheimportanceofoptimizingtheploughbodydesign,whichdirectlyaffectsthetrencher'sdiggingperformance. 2.LiteratureReview: Previousstudieshavefocusedonploughbodydesignoptimizationforvariousdiggingapplications.However,limitedresearchisavailableregardingunderwaterplow-typetrencherploughbodies.Thecurrentoptimizationapproachesinthefieldmainlyfocusonsoil-ploughinteraction,cuttergeometry,andstructuralanalysis,neglectingtheimportanceofploughbodydesignoptimization. 3.ProblemStatement: Theexistingunderwaterplow-typetrencherploughbodiesaremostlydesignedwithconventionalcurvedsurfaces.Thesedesignsmaynotentirelymeettheexcavationrequirements,resultinginreducedefficiencyandincreasedpowerconsumption.Therefore,thereisaneedforanoptimizedploughbodydesigntoenhancethediggingcapabilityunderwater. 4.Methodology: Inthisstudy,anoptimizationapproachbasedoncomputationalfluiddynamics(CFD)isproposed.Theaimistooptimizetheploughbody'scurvedsurfacetominimizeexcavationresistancewhilemaximizingtheoveralldiggingcapability.Theoptimizationprocesswillconsiderfactorssuchasflowdynamics,soilproperties,andtrencheroperationalparameters. 5.OptimizationParameters: Theoptimizationprocesswillconsidervariousparametersaffectingtheploughbody'sperformance,includingcurvatureradius,cross-sectionalprofile,angleofinclination,andmaterialproperties.Theseparameterswillbesimultaneous
