正交设计法优化理气复胃口服液的提取工艺 Title:OptimizationofExtractionProcessforLizhiFukeOralLiquidUsingOrthogonalDesignMethod Abstract: Inrecentyears,traditionalChinesemedicines(TCMs)havegainedincreasingattentionduetotheirpotentialhealthbenefits.LizhiFukeOralLiquid,apopularTCMformula,iscommonlyusedforthetreatmentofgastrointestinaldisorders.Inthisstudy,theextractionprocessforLizhiFukeOralLiquidwasoptimizedusingtheorthogonaldesignmethod.Thepurposewastomaximizetheextractionefficiencyandobtainahigh-qualityproductwithimprovedtherapeuticeffects.Theresultsrevealedthattheorthogonaldesignmethodsignificantlyaffectedtheextractionprocess,andtheoptimalconditionsweredetermined.ThisstudyprovidesvaluableinsightsintothedevelopmentofefficientextractionprocessesforTCMs. Introduction: TCMshavealonghistoryofuseinChinaandhavebeenwidelyrecognizedfortheirtherapeuticbenefitsinvariousdiseases.LizhiFukeOralLiquidisaTCMformulathatcontainsseveralherbalingredientsknownfortheireffectsonpromotingdigestion,relievingstomachdisorders,andimprovingappetite.However,theefficiencyoftheextractionprocessgreatlyaffectsthequality,potency,andtherapeuticeffectsoftheoralliquid.Therefore,optimizingtheextractionprocessisofsignificantimportance. Methods: TheextractionofLizhiFukeOralLiquidwascarriedoutusinganorthogonaldesignmethod.Theprocessvariablesincludedtheextractiontime,extractiontemperature,ratioofrawmaterialstosolvent,andpHofthesolvent.Thesevariableswereselectedbasedonpreviousstudiesandempiricalknowledge.Theorthogonaldesignmethodallowedforsimultaneousoptimizationofmultiplevariableswithaminimalnumberofexperiments,savingtimeandresources. ResultsandDiscussion: Theresultsoftheorthogonalexperimentaldesignshowedthattheextractiontimehadthemostsignificanteffectontheextractionefficiency,followedbytheextractiontemperature.Theratioofrawmaterialstosolventhadamoderateeffect,whilethepHofthesolventhadtheleastimpact.Theoptimalextractionconditionsweredeterminedtobeanextractiontimeof2hours,anextractiontemperatureof80°C,aratioofrawmaterialstosolv
