Inrecentyears,finiteelementanalysis(FEA)hasbecomeapopulartoolforanalyzingthethermalcharacteristicsofmachinecomponents.FEAisanumericalmethodforsolvingcomplexengineeringproblemsthatinvolveheattransfer,stressanalysis,andotherphysicalphenomena.TheapplicationofFEAinthedesignandoptimizationofmachinecomponentshasbeenproventobeeffectiveandefficient.
