开关磁阻起动发电系统功率变换器传导EMI建模研究 Abstract: Withthedevelopmentofrenewableenergytechnologies,theswitchablereluctancestartergeneratorsystemisbecomingincreasinglyimportantduetoitshighefficiency,lowcost,andexcellentperformance.However,electromagneticinterference(EMI)hasbecomeamajorproblemthatneedstobeaddressed.ThispaperfocusesonthemodelingandsimulationoftheEMIgeneratedbythepowerconverterintheswitchablereluctancestartergeneratorsystem,andprovidesseveraleffectivewaystoreducetheEMI. Introduction: Switchablereluctancestartergeneratorsystemshaveemergedaspromisingalternativestotraditionalstartergeneratorsystemsforvehiclesandaircraftsduetotheirhighefficiencyandlowcost.However,thepowerconverterintheswitchablereluctancestartergeneratorsystemgeneratessignificantEMI,whichcaninterferewithotherelectronicdevicesandsystems.Therefore,itisnecessarytomodelandsimulatetheEMIgeneratedbythepowerconverter,andfindwaystomitigatetheEMI. EMIGenerationMechanism: ThepowerconverterintheswitchablereluctancestartergeneratorsystemgeneratesEMIthroughseveralmechanisms,includingtheswitchingactionofthepowerdevices,thevoltageandcurrentrippleontheDCbus,andthecommutationofthemachine.Thesemechanismsgenerateavarietyofhigh-frequencyharmonicsthatpropagatethroughthesystemandradiateintotheenvironment. EMIModelingandSimulation: TostudyEMIgeneratedbythepowerconverterintheswitchablereluctancestartergeneratorsystem,anaccurateandefficientmodelisrequired.AhybridmethodcombininganalyticalandnumericaltechniqueshasbeenwidelyusedforEMImodelinginpowerelectronics.Inthispaper,ananalyticalmodelbasedoncircuittheoryisproposedtosimulatetheEMIgeneratedbythepowerconverter.ThemodelusescircuitequationstodescribethepropagationandradiationoftheEMI,andtakesintoaccounttheparasiticelementsofthesystem.Themodelisverifiedbycomparingthesimulationresultswithexperimentalmeasurements. EMIMitigationTechniques: ToreducetheEMIgeneratedbythepowerconverterintheswitchablereluctancestartergeneratorsystem,severaltechniquescanbeemployed.Shieldingandgroundingareeffec
