基于电阻应变片的电子秤设计与实现 Title:DesignandImplementationofElectronicScaleBasedonStrainGauges Abstract: Thispaperpresentsthedesignandimplementationofanelectronicscalebasedonstraingauges.Thestraingaugesplayacrucialroleinmeasuringtheweightofanobjectbyconvertingthemechanicalstrainintoanelectricalsignal.Theobjectiveofthisstudyistodevelopareliableandaccurateelectronicscalethatcanbeusedinvariousapplicationssuchasindustries,laboratories,andhomes.Thepaperdiscussestheworkingprinciplesofstraingauges,thedesignandconstructionoftheelectronicscale,andtheexperimentalresultsobtained. 1.Introduction Electronicscalesarewidelyusedinvariousfieldsformeasuringtheweightofobjectsaccuratelyandconveniently.Traditionalelectronicscalestypicallyuseloadcellsorstraingaugesasprimarysensingelements.Amongthese,straingaugesofferseveraladvantages,includinghighsensitivity,smallsize,andlowcost.Therefore,thedesignandimplementationofanelectronicscalebasedonstraingaugesishighlypracticalandrelevant. 2.WorkingPrincipleofStrainGauges 2.1StructureandCharacteristics Astraingaugeisatypeofelectricalsensorthatmeasuresmechanicalstrain.Itconsistsofaflexiblemetallicfoilorwirethatisattachedtoabackingmaterial.Whensubjectedtoanexternalforceorstrain,theresistanceofthestraingaugechanges,causingacorrespondingchangeinelectricaloutput. 2.2WheatstoneBridgeConfiguration StraingaugesaretypicallyconnectedinaWheatstonebridgeconfigurationtoincreasesensitivityandenhancemeasurementaccuracy.TheWheatstonebridgeconsistsoffourresistivearms,withthestraingaugeconnectedasoneofthearms.Theoutputvoltageofthebridgeisproportionaltothestrainexperiencedbythestraingauge. 3.DesignandConstructionoftheElectronicScale 3.1HardwareDesign Thehardwaredesignoftheelectronicscaleinvolvesselectingappropriatestraingauges,buildingtheWheatstonebridgecircuit,andintegratingitintoasturdystructurecapableofwithstandingvariousweights.Theelectronicscaleshouldalsoincludeadigitaldisplaytoprovidereal-timeweightmeasurements. 3.2SoftwareDesign Thesoftwaredesignoftheelectronicscaleincl
