Introduction: LPVsystemsarewidelyusedinvariousengineeringfieldsduetotheirabilitytomodeltime-varyingdynamics.However,theanalysisandcontrolofLPVsystemsposesignificantchallengessincetheparametersvaryovertime.Celldecompositionisaneffectivemethodtohandlethesecomplexitiesbypartitioningthesystemintosmallersubsystems,knownascells,whereeachcellrepresentsaspecificregionofparametervariation.Inthispaper,weproposeacelldecompositiontechniquebasedonhigher-ordersingularvaluetheorytoenhancetheanalysisandcontrolofLPVsystems. Methods: Theproposedcelldecompositionapproachisbasedonthehigher-ordersingularvaluetheory,whichprovidesapowerfulmathematicaltooltoanalyzethebehaviorofLPVsystems.ThekeyideaistorepresenttheLPVsystemasahigher-ordersingularvaluesystemandthendecomposeitintomultiplecells.Eachcellrepresentsaspecificrangeofparametervariation,andtheLPVsystem'sdynamicswithinthatcellcanbedescribedusingthecorrespondingsingularvaluedecomposition.BydecomposingtheLPVsystemintosmallercells,wecananalyzeandcontrolthesystem'sbehaviorinamoremanageableandsystematicmanner. Results: Todemonstratetheeffectivenessoftheproposedcelldecompositiontechnique,weapplyittoacasestudyinvolvinganLPVsystem.WeshowhowtheLPVsystemcanbedecomposedintocellsbasedonvariationsinitsparameters.Furthermore,weanalyzethebehaviorofeachcellandshowhowcontroldesigncanbeperformedonindividualcells.Theresultsdemonstratethattheproposedcelld
