基于VOSviewer和CiteSpace的手法治疗神经根型颈椎病知识图谱可视化分析 Title:KnowledgeMapVisualizationAnalysisofTreatmentforCervicalSpondyloticRadiculopathyBasedonVOSviewerandCiteSpace Abstract: Cervicalspondyloticradiculopathy(CSR)isacommonconditionthataffectsthenervesintheneck.TherearevarioustreatmentapproachesforCSR,anditisimportanttoanalyzetheexistingknowledgeinthisfieldtoidentifythekeyresearchareasandtrends.ThispaperaimstoexploretheapplicationofVOSviewerandCiteSpace,twopowerfultoolsforvisualizingknowledgemaps,inanalyzingandvisualizingtheknowledgerelatedtothetreatmentofCSR. Introduction: Cervicalspondyloticradiculopathy(CSR)isadegenerativeconditionthatoccursduetothecompressionofthenerverootsinthecervicalspine.Itischaracterizedbysymptomssuchasneckpain,radiatingarmpain,andmuscleweakness.ThereareseveraltreatmentoptionsavailableforCSR,includingconservativetherapies,medication,andsurgicalinterventions.However,theexistingknowledgeinthisfieldisvastandscatteredacrossnumerousresearcharticles.Therefore,itiscrucialtoanalyzeandvisualizetheknowledgemaprelatedtothetreatmentofCSRtogainacomprehensiveunderstandingofthisfield. Methods: Inthisstudy,weutilizedtwopopulartoolsforknowledgemapvisualization,VOSviewerandCiteSpace,toanalyzeandvisualizetheknowledgerelatedtothetreatmentofCSR.VOSviewerisasoftwaretoolthatenablestheconstructionofbibliometricvisualizations,whileCiteSpaceisapowerfultoolforanalyzingandvisualizingtrendsandpatternsinscientificliterature. Results: UsingVOSviewerandCiteSpace,weconstructedaknowledgemaprelatedtothetreatmentofCSRbasedonscholarlyarticlesretrievedfromdatabasessuchasPubMedandWebofScience.Thevisualizationsgeneratedbythesetoolsprovidedinsightsintothekeyresearchareas,influentialauthors,andtrendsinthefield.TheanalysisrevealedthatthemostprominentresearchtopicsinthetreatmentofCSRincludedconservativetherapies,surgicalinterventions,andpharmacologicalapproaches.Additionally,thevisualizationshighlightedthemostinfluentialauthorsandtheinterconnectionsbetweendifferentresearchareas.
