基于DSP的电机伺服系统中的模糊PID控制 Abstract: ThefuzzyPIDcontrolalgorithmhasbeenwidelyusedinmotorservosystemsbasedonDSP(DigitalSignalProcessor),duetoitsefficiencyincontrollingasystemwithnon-linearities,uncertainties,andtime-varyingcharacteristics.ThispaperpresentsacomprehensivestudyofthefuzzyPIDcontrolalgorithmforamotorservosystembasedonDSP.TheresearchincludesadetaileddescriptionofthefuzzyPIDcontrolalgorithm,modelingofamotorservosystem,andsimulationofthecontrolsysteminMATLAB/Simulink.ThesimulationresultsshowthatthefuzzyPIDcontrolalgorithmhasbetterperformancethantraditionalPIDcontrolalgorithmsinmotorservosystems. Introduction: Inmotorservosystems,thecontrolstrategyplaysacriticalroleinachievingaccurateandstablecontrolofthesystem.TraditionalPID(Proportional-Integral-Derivative)controlalgorithmshavebeenextensivelyusedinmotorservosystems.However,thesealgorithmshavelimitationswhenitcomestocontrollingsystemswithnon-linearities,uncertainties,andtime-varyingcharacteristics.ThefuzzyPIDcontrolalgorithm,whichcombinesfuzzylogicandPIDcontrol,hasbeendevelopedtoovercometheselimitationsandimprovethecontrolperformance. FuzzyPIDControlAlgorithm: ThefuzzyPIDcontrolalgorithmconsistsofthreeparts:afuzzycontroller,aPIDcontroller,andadefuzzifier.Thefuzzycontrollerusesfuzzylogictoprocesstheerrorbetweenthesystemoutputandthedesiredset-point,andgeneratethecontrolsignal.ThePIDcontrollercalculatestheproportional,integral,andderivativegains,andgeneratesthecontrolsignalbasedontheequationsofthePIDcontrolalgorithm.Thedefuzzifierconvertsthefuzzycontrolsignaltoacrispcontrolsignal.Thefuzzysetandrulesaredesignedbasedontheexpertknowledgeorexperienceofthesystem.
