变频牵引电机绞线对介质损耗的研究 Title:StudyonDielectricLossinVariableFrequencyTractionMotorWindings Abstract: Variablefrequencytractionmotorsareessentialcomponentsinelectricvehicles,providinglocomotionpower.Inthesemotorwindings,dielectriclossisanimportantfactorthataffectstheperformanceandefficiencyofthemotor.Thisresearchaimstoinvestigateandanalyzethedielectriclossinvariablefrequencytractionmotorwindings.Thestudyexplorestheimpactofvariousparameters,includinginsulationmaterials,temperature,frequency,andvoltage,onthedielectricloss.Theresultsobtainedfromthisresearchwillprovideabetterunderstandingofthedielectriclossinvariablefrequencytractionmotorwindingsandcontributetothedevelopmentofmoreefficientandreliableelectricvehicles. Introduction: Withtheincreasingdemandforelectricvehicles(EVs),variablefrequencytractionmotorshavebecomewidelyusedduetotheirhighefficiencyandcompactdesign.Thesemotorsoperateatvariousfrequencies,allowingforflexiblecontrolandimprovedperformance.However,oneofthesignificantchallengesinthedesignandoperationofthesemotorsisthedielectricloss. Dielectriclossreferstotheenergydissipatedthroughtheinsulationmaterialsinthemotorwinding.Itisprimarilycausedbytheinteractionbetweentheelectricfieldandthepolarmoleculespresentintheinsulationmaterial.Thedielectriclossleadstoheatgeneration,reducedefficiency,andpotentialdamagetothemotorwinding. Methods: Toinvestigatethedielectriclossinvariablefrequencytractionmotorwindings,aseriesofexperimentswereconducted.DifferentinsulationmaterialscommonlyusedinEVmotorwindingsweretested,includingenamel-coatedwire,polyimide,andmicatapes.Thespecimensweresubjectedtovaryingtemperatures,frequencies,andvoltagestosimulatereal-worldoperatingconditions.Thedielectriclosswasmeasuredusingahigh-resolutionpoweranalyzer,andthedatawererecordedforanalysis. Results: Theresearchfindingsrevealedseveralkeyfactorsthatinfluencedielectriclossinvariablefrequencytractionmotorwindings.Firstly,highertemperaturesincreaseddielectriclosssignificantlyduetoelevatedmolecularmotion.Secon
