含圆台型空腔的声学覆盖层吸声特性研究(英文) ResearchonSoundAbsorptionCharacteristicsofAcousticCoatingwithCylindrical-TaperedCavities Abstract: Acousticcoatingsarewidelyusedinavarietyoffieldsduetotheirsuperiorsoundabsorptionproperties.Theinclusionofcylindrical-taperedcavitiesintheacousticcoatinghasbeenfoundtosignificantlyimproveitssoundabsorptionperformance.Inthisstudy,weinvestigatethesoundabsorptioncharacteristicsofanacousticcoatingcontainingcylindrical-taperedcavitieswithdifferentgeometries.Theresultsdemonstratethatthesoundabsorptionperformanceofthecoatingishighlydependentonthegeometryofthecylindrical-taperedcavity. Introduction: Theuseofacousticcoatingmaterialsisverycommoninmanyapplications,suchasintheautomotiveindustry,theaerospaceindustry,andinbuildingwallsandceilingstoreducenoisepollution.Theprimaryfunctionofacousticcoatingsisthereductionofsoundwaveenergy,asthecoatinghasahighdegreeofsoundabsorption.Thedesignofacousticcoatingshasbeenstudiedextensively,andithasbeenfoundthattheuseofcylindrical-taperedcavitiesinthecoatingcansignificantlyenhanceitssoundabsorptionperformance. Inthisstudy,weexplorethesoundabsorptioncharacteristicsofacousticcoatingscontainingcylindrical-taperedcavities.Theeffectsofdifferentparametersonthesoundabsorptionperformancearealsoinvestigated.Theultimategoalofthisresearchistodevelopanacousticcoatingwithoptimizedsoundabsorptionperformanceforvariousapplications. Methodology: Theacousticcoatingscontainingcylindrical-taperedcavitieswerefabricatedusingastandardspray-coatingprocess.Thecoatingswerecomposedofapolyesterresin,mixedwithacertainamountofacousticfillers.Thefillerswereeithersphericalorcylindricalinshape,dependingontheshapeofthecavity. Theacousticcoatingswerethensubjectedtoaseriesofsoundabsorptiontests.Thetestequipmentconsistedofareverberationchamber,aloudspeaker,andamicrophone.Theloudspeakergeneratedawhitenoisesignal,whichwasthenreflectedseveraltimesinsidethechamberbeforebeingabsorbedbythecoating.Themicrophonewasusedtomeasurethesoundabsorptioncoefficientofthecoati
