光强可调大功率LED开关电源的设计与研究(英文) DesignandResearchofHigh-PowerLEDSwitchingPowerSupplywithAdjustableBrightness Abstract Thispaperpresentsadesignandresearchofahigh-powerLEDswitchingpowersupplywithadjustablebrightness.Theproposedpowersupplyusesaswitchingregulatortopologytoefficientlydrivehigh-powerLEDs.ThepowersupplyincorporatesafeedbackcontrolloopanddigitalsignalprocessingtoenableadjustablebrightnesscontroloftheLEDload.Simulationandexperimentalresultsshowthattheproposedpowersupplyachieveshighefficiencyandaccuratebrightnesscontrol. Introduction High-powerlight-emittingdiodes(LEDs)havegainedpopularityinvariousapplications,rangingfromgenerallightingtoautomotiveandmedicalapplications.ThekeyadvantagesofLEDsincludehighefficiency,longlifetime,andreliability.However,drivinghigh-powerLEDsrequiresahighvoltageandcurrentlevelthatconventionallinearregulatorscannotprovide.Therefore,aswitchingpowersupplyisneededtoefficientlydrivehigh-powerLEDs. Inthispaper,ahigh-powerLEDswitchingpowersupplywithadjustablebrightnessisproposedandstudied.Theproposedpowersupplyconsistsofaswitchingregulatortopology,afeedbackcontrolloop,anddigitalsignalprocessing.ThepowersupplyisdesignedtooperateefficientlywhileprovidingadjustablebrightnesscontrolfortheLEDload. PowerSupplyDesign Theproposedpowersupplyisabuckconvertertopologythatstepsdowntheinputvoltagetothedesiredoutputvoltage.Theswitchingfrequencyofthepowersupplyissetto100kHz.Theinductorandcapacitorvaluesareselectedtoensuretheoutputvoltagerippleiswithintheacceptablerange.Theoutputvoltageofthepowersupplyissetto30Vtomatchthehigh-powerLEDload. Thefeedbackcontrolloopofthepowersupplyisdesignedtoregulatetheoutputvoltageofthepowersupply.Thefeedbackloopconsistsofavoltagesensecircuitthatmeasurestheoutputvoltage,acomparatorthatcomparestheoutputvoltagetothereferencevoltage,andaPWMcontrollerthatadjuststhedutycycleoftheswitchingregulatorbasedontheerrorsignal.Thereferencevoltageissetto1.23V,whichcorrespondstothedesiredoutputvoltageof30V.
