位敏型探测器数字法读出研究(英文) Title:DigitalMethodforReadingOutputofPosition-SensitiveDetectors:AResearchStudy Abstract: Position-sensitivedetectors(PSDs)playacrucialroleinawiderangeofapplications,includingrobotics,medicalimaging,andscientificresearch.TheabilitytoaccuratelyreadtheoutputofPSDsisofutmostimportancetoensurereliablemeasurements.Inthisresearchstudy,weexploreadigitalmethodforreadingtheoutputofPSDs,whichoffersnumerousadvantagesovertraditionalanalogmethods.Wediscusstheprinciplebehindthedigitalreadouttechnique,itsimplementation,andtheexperimentalresultsobtained.ThefindingsofthisstudydemonstratetheeffectivenessandpotentialofdigitalmethodsinaccuratelyreadingtheoutputofPSDs. Introduction: Position-sensitivedetectors(PSDs)aredevicesthatmeasurethepositionofincidentradiationorparticleswithhighprecision.Traditionalanalogreadoutmethodsinvolvetheuseofcharge-sensitiveamplifiersandconditioningcircuits,whichcanintroducenoiseanddegradationofthesignal.Inrecentyears,digitaltechniqueshavegainedpopularityduetotheirabilitytoprovidehigh-resolution,low-noise,andflexiblereadoutsolutions.ThisresearchstudyaimstoevaluatetheperformanceofadigitalmethodforreadingtheoutputofPSDsandcompareitwithtraditionalanalogmethods. Methodology: ThedigitalmethodforreadingtheoutputofPSDsinvolvesseveralsteps.First,theanalogsignalfromthePSDisconvertedintoadigitalformusingananalog-to-digitalconverter(ADC).Thedigitalsignalisthenprocessedusingsignalprocessingalgorithms,suchascentroidcalculationorpatternrecognition,todeterminethepositionoftheincidentradiationorparticles.Inthisstudy,weusedacommerciallyavailablePSDandimplementedacustom-designedreadoutsystembasedonamicrocontrollerandFPGA(Field-ProgrammableGateArray)forsignalprocessing. ResultsandDiscussion: Theexperimentalresultsdemonstratethesuperiorityofthedigitalmethodovertraditionalanalogmethodsintermsofaccuracyandnoisereduction.Thedigitalreadoutsystemwasabletoachieveahigherpositionresolutioncomparedtotheanalogmethod,asitwasnotlimitedbythenoiseintroducedbycharge-sensit
