α-SiW_(11)TiPANI掺杂材料光催化降解刚果红的研究 Titania-basedmaterialshaveattractedconsiderableattentionduetotheirphotocatalyticactivityfordifferentpollutants.However,thesematerialshavecertainlimitationssuchashighproductioncostsandlowstability.Asaresult,theresearchershavefocusedonthedevelopmentofnewphotocatalyststhatcanexhibithighefficiencyandstabilitywhilebeingcost-effective. Onesuchmaterialthathasrecentlybeenstudiedforitsphotocatalyticactivityistheα-SiW_(11)TiPANIcomposite.Thiscompositecontainsα-SiW_(11)O_(39)andTiPANI(titaniumdioxide/polyaniline)asthemaincomponents.Theα-SiW_(11)O_(39)partofthecompositeactsasaprotondonorandcangeneratestrongoxidizingagents,whiletheTiPANIcomponentservesasaphotosensitizertoenhancethephotocatalyticactivity.Thecombinationofthesetwocomponentsresultsinamoreefficientandstablephotocatalyticmaterial. Inthisstudy,theα-SiW_(11)TiPANIcompositewasinvestigatedforitsabilitytodegradeCongoredinaqueoussolutionundervisiblelightirradiation.Congoredisahazardousdyethatisusedinthetextile,paper,andfoodindustries,anditisdifficulttoremoveusingconventionalwatertreatmentmethods.ThedegradationofCongoredusingtheα-SiW_(11)TiPANIcompositewasevaluatedusingUV-Visspectroscopyandhigh-performanceliquidchromatography(HPLC)techniques. Theresultsofthestudyshowedthattheα-SiW_(11)TiPANIcompositecouldeffectivelydegradeCongoredundervisiblelightirradiation.Thedegradationratewasfoundtoincreasewithincreasingirradiationtimeandwithincreasingconcentrationofthecomposite.Themaximumdegradationrateachievedwas91.4%after120minutesofirradiationusinga100mg/Lconcentrationofthecomposite. Thephotocatalyticactivityoftheα-SiW_(11)TiPANIcompositewasattributedtothesynergisticeffectbetweentheα-SiW_(11)O_(39)andTiPANIcomponents.Theα-SiW_(11)O_(39)componentactedasaprotondonor,generatingstrongoxidizingagentssuchashydroxylradicals(·OH),whichcanoxidizeCongored.Ontheotherhand,TiPANIactedasaphotosensitizer,promotingthegenerationofelectron-holepairsonthesurfaceofthecomposite,whichcouldalsooxidizeCongored.
