GaN基量子点的制备与光致发光特性的研究 Title:PreparationandPhotoluminescencePropertiesofGaNNanocrystals Abstract: GaNnanocrystalshavegainedsignificantattentionduetotheiruniqueopticalpropertiesandpotentialapplicationsinoptoelectronicdevices.Inthispaper,wepresentacomprehensivereviewofthepreparationmethodsandphotoluminescencepropertiesofGaNnanocrystals. 1.Introduction GalliumNitride(GaN)isawidebandgapsemiconductormaterialthatexhibitsremarkableelectricalandopticalproperties.Asthedevelopmentofnanotechnology,thefabricationofGaNnanocrystalshasbecomeachievable,openingupnewpossibilitiesforvariousapplicationssuchaslight-emittingdiodes(LEDs),lasers,andsensors. 2.PreparationMethodsofGaNNanocrystals ThereareseveralmethodsforthesynthesisofGaNnanocrystals,includingchemicalvapordeposition(CVD),molecularbeamepitaxy(MBE),andsolution-basedmethodssuchassol-gelmethod,hydrothermalsynthesis,andtemplate-assistedsynthesis.Eachmethodhasitsadvantagesandlimitationsintermsofcontroloversize,shape,andcrystallinityofthenanocrystals. 3.CharacterizationofGaNNanocrystals Varioustechniquesareemployedtocharacterizethestructural,optical,andmorphologicalpropertiesofGaNnanocrystals.ThesetechniquesincludeX-raydiffraction(XRD),transmissionelectronmicroscopy(TEM),scanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM),andphotoluminescence(PL)spectroscopy.Thesecharacterizationsprovidevaluableinformationregardingthecrystalstructure,morphology,sizedistribution,andemissionpropertiesofthenanocrystals. 4.PhotoluminescenceMechanismsofGaNNanocrystals ThephotoluminescencepropertiesofGaNnanocrystalsarecrucialfortheirapplications.Theemissionbehaviorishighlydependentonthesize,shape,andsurfacedefectsofthenanocrystals.Quantumconfinementeffects,surfacestates,andsurfacepassivationplayasignificantroleindeterminingthephotoluminescencecharacteristics.TheunderstandingofthesemechanismsisessentialforoptimizingtheemissionpropertiesofGaNnanocrystals. 5.InfluenceofGrowthParametersonPhotoluminescenceProperties ThephotoluminescencepropertiesofGaNnanocrystalscanbemodulatedbyco
