IndexTerms—Bandpassfilter,low-temperaturecofiredceramic(LTCC),highstopbandrejection,cross-coupling INTRODUCTION Inrecentyears,thewirelesscommunicationindustryhascomeunderincreasingdemandstomakecommunicationsystemslighter,morecompactandportable,withbetterfunctionality.OneeffectivemethodofmakingsmallRFcomponentsistoutilizemultilayersubstratessuchaslowtemperatureco-firedceramic(LTCC).LTCCisawidelyusedmutilayertechnologyforRFpassivecomponentsduetothe3-Dintegrationcapability,processtolerance,andhigh-unloadedqualityfactor.AdvantagesofmicrowavefiltersandduplexersrealizedasmultilayerintegratedcircuitsbasedonLTCCarecompactsize,highermanufacturability,andlowcost.
