摘要

洗米机是一种食品加工机械，是洗米装置。是由电动机，水平螺旋轴的设计，倾斜螺旋轴和相应的减速器，框架和其他结构。米从入口到洗米机，洗涤的摩擦螺旋轴交付后，流量计和流量逆流流动，在流动过程中的漂浮杂质米，洗涤浑浊的水从溢流排出淘米。其结构简单，占地面积小，集搓米，洗米，除去漂浮的杂质，如砂石作为一个整体，用更少的水洗涤效果，是一种高效连续式洗米机，食堂，大型酒店，快餐中心理想的粮食洗涤机械。
本设计制定洗米机的总体结构方案，运动学和动力学参数的计算；完成了水平螺旋轴，倾斜螺旋轴及其相应的减速器，与框架结构设计.

Abstract
