TheGraduationDesignforBachelor'sDegree TheDesignforCompartmentandLiftingMechanismofMiningDumpTruck Candidate:WangGang Specialty:Vehicleengineering Class:B05-18 Supervisor:Lecturer.Hanchunqiang HeilongjiangInstituteofTechnology 2009-06·Harbin摘要 本设计的题目是矿用自卸车车厢和举升机构设计。矿用自卸车是矿业生产中的重要设备,它具有荷载量大,车速低,运距短等主要特点。车厢和举升机构是重要的工作装置,对于车辆可靠工作、自动倾倒货物具有重要作用。 本设计首先论述了车厢和举升机构的结构形式,以及在满足设计性能需求的情况下,选择最符合要求的形式。在确定了矿用自卸车底盘的参数后,依此为依据完成其车厢和举升机构的设计,并对举升机构和液压系统进行校核,而且要绘制出车厢、举升机构、液压系统等图纸。在液压系统设计中,还要进行液压缸和油泵的选型和计算,并要选择取力器和方向控制阀的类型。由于矿用自卸车的工作条件比较恶劣,对它的要求也比一般的自卸车要苛刻,车厢的体积也比较大,强度要求也比较大,材料的强度也比较重要。若能将不同类型的举升机构,按其各自的特点配备到与之相应的自卸汽车,则无论是自卸汽车的工作性能,还是举升机构的使用效率,都会得到很大的改善。因此,如何选择合适的举升机构和车厢,成为自卸车设计的重要问题。 关键词:自卸车;设计;车厢;举升机构;液压系统 ABSTRACT Thetopicofthisdesigniscompartmentandliftingmechanismofminingdumptruck.Theminingdumptruckisimportanceequipmentsinthemineralindustry,ithavecharacteristicsofcarryinggreatcapacity,thelowspeedandtheshortdistance.Thecompartmentandliftingmechanismofminingdumptruckisofimportanceinworkequipment,whichhavealargeimpactonthefunctions,suchasthecredibilityofvehicle,thelevelofdumpingthegoodsandsoon.
