High-speedmachiningiscontemporaryadvancedmanufacturingtechnologyanimportantcomponentofthehigh-efficiency,High-precisionandhighsurfacequality,andotherfeatures.ThisarticlepresentsthetechnicaldefinitionofthecurrentstateofdevelopmentofChina'sapplicationfieldsandthedemandsituation.
High-speedmachiningisorientedtothe21stcenturyanewhigh-tech,high-efficiency,High-precisionandhighsurfacequalityasabasicfeature,intheautomobileindustry,aerospace,DieManufacturingandinstrumentationindustriesgainedincreasinglywidespreadapplication,andhasmadesignificanttechnicalandeconomicbenefits.contemporaryadvancedmanufacturingtechnologyanimportantcomponentpart.
HSCistoachievehighefficiencyofthecoretechnologymanufacturers,intensiveprocessesandequipmentpackagedsothatithasahighproductionefficiency.Itcanbesaidthatthehigh-speedmachiningisanincreaseinthequantityofequipmentsignificantlyimproveprocessingefficiencyessentialtothetechnology.High-speedmachiningisthemajoradvantages:improveproductionefficiency,improveaccuracyandreducetheprocessingofcuttingresistance.
