中国科学院仪器共享管理系统的性能优化（英文） PerformanceOptimizationoftheInstrumentSharingManagementSystemoftheChineseAcademyofSciences Introduction TheChineseAcademyofSciences(CAS)isaprestigiousacademicinstitutioninChina,withawiderangeofresearchprojectsandfacilities.OneessentialfeatureoftheCASistheInstrumentSharingManagementSystem,whichisdesignedtoprovideaplatformforresearcherstoshareresearchinstrumentsacrossvariousfieldsandinstitutions.Whilethesystemhasbeenuseful,therehavebeenconcernsaboutitsspeedandperformance.Asthedemandforinstrumentsharingcontinuestoincrease,thereisaneedtooptimizetheperformanceoftheInstrumentSharingManagementSystemtomeettheever-increasingneedsofusers. PerformanceChallenges OneofthecriticalissueswiththeInstrumentSharingManagementSystemisitsspeed,whichcanbeslow,leadingtofrustrationsamongusers.Withthesystembeingweb-based,theresponsetimeiscrucial,andanydelayscanleadtoreducedefficiency,frustrationanddecreasedproductivity.Additionally,thesystemhasbeengrowingatarapidrate,withdatabasesexpanding,andnewfeaturesbeingadded.Thesefactorshavecontributedtoslowquerytimesandanincreaseintheoverallresponsetime.Theongoingpandemic,whichhasresultedinmanyresearchersworkingremotely,hasalsoputpressureonthesystemasmorequeriesandrequestsaremadefromoff-site.
