可逆冷轧机主传动系统的设计方案.docx

摘要
随着经济社会的飞速发展，建设祖国的大业正处在飞速发展中，东部经济的飞跃发展携带西部建设的不断开发，因此我国要大力加快西部建设，建设离不开钢铁，钢铁是建设的脊梁，所以我们要大力开发钢铁资源，轧钢机广泛用于各个钢铁工厂中。
轧钢机即可逆冷轧机，可逆冷轧机的主传动系统采用直流电动机的晶闸管逻辑无环流可逆调速系统，以满足轧制工艺对轧机传动系统能实现无机调速，有较高的稳态控制精度，较高的抗扰能力，在起制动过程中加减速恒定等要求。
系统的主回路采用两组晶闸管变流器反并联的接线方式，既节省电源，又经济实惠，只需一个交流电源供电，由于无环流，不需要设置环流电抗器。
系统的控制回路采用典型的双闭环，保证生产工艺的要求，保证起制动过程中加减速恒定，通过给定积分器得到转速给定信号。利用调节器锁零电路，在系统处于停车状态，即速度给定电压为零，同时转速也的确为零时，将系统中所有调节器的输出都锁到零位上，避免了停车时各放大器零漂引起的晶闸管变流器有输出电压使电动机爬行。
