冻胶压裂液在毛细管中的滑移研究 论文:“冻胶压裂液在毛细管中的滑移研究” 摘要: 冻胶压裂技术是一种常用于岩石裂隙开采的方法,其中压裂液起到了关键性的作用。本文以冻胶压裂液在毛细管中的滑移现象为研究对象,运用理论分析和数值模拟方法,探究了影响冻胶压裂液滑移的因素和机理。结果表明,毛细管直径、液体黏度和毛细管内壁的润湿性都对冻胶压裂液的滑移产生重要影响,大直径毛细管中冻胶压裂液滑移速度是小直径毛细管的两倍以上,液体黏度与滑移速度成反比关系,而毛细管内壁的润湿性则是滑移速度影响的关键因素。此外,本文还分析了温度、压力、裂隙特征等因素对冻胶压裂液滑移的影响。 关键词:冻胶压裂技术;毛细管;滑移现象;液体黏度;润湿性 Introduction: Frozengelfracturingtechnologyiswidelyusedforrockfractureandextraction,andthefracturingliquidplaysacriticalroleinthisprocess.Inthisstudy,wefocusontheslipphenomenonoffrozengelfracturingliquidincapillarytubes,andinvestigatetheinfluencingfactorsandmechanismsofslipbyusingtheoreticalanalysisandnumericalsimulationmethods.Theresultsshowthatthecapillarydiameter,liquidviscosity,andwettabilityoftheinnerwallofthecapillarytubeareimportantfactorsaffectingtheslipofthefrozengelfracturingliquid.Theslipvelocityinlarge-diametercapillarytubesismorethantwotimeshigherthaninsmall-diametercapillarytubes,andtheviscosityoftheliquidisinverselyproportionaltotheslipvelocity.Thewettabilityoftheinnerwallofthecapillarytubeisthekeyfactoraffectingtheslipvelocity.Inaddition,thispaperanalyzestheeffectsoftemperature,pressure,andfracturecharacteristicsontheslipoffrozengelfracturingliquids. MaterialsandMethods: Theexperimentalsetupconsistedofaglasscapillarytubewithadiameterof1mmandalengthof150mm.Thefrozengelfracturingliquidwasinjectedintothecapillarytube,andtheslipvelocitywasmeasuredbyobservingthemovementoftheliquidthroughthetube.Theeffectsofcapillarydiameter,liquidviscosity,andwettabilitywereinvestigatedbychangingtheseparameterssystematically.Thenumericalsimulationmodelwasestablishedusingthefiniteelementmethodtosimulatetheslipofthefrozengelfracturingliquidinthecapillarytube,andthesimulationswerecomparedwiththeexperimentalresults.
