3种微藻对人工污水中氮磷去除效果的研究 Introduction Waterpollutionisoneofthemostsignificantenvironmentalproblemswefaceglobally.Anthropogenicactivitiessuchasagriculturalpractices,manufacturingactivities,andwastedisposalcontributesignificantlytothereleaseofnitrogenandphosphorus-ladeneffluentsintowaterbodies.Theresultanteutrophicationleadstoadepletionofoxygeninwaterbodies,endangeringaquaticlifeanddamagingecosystems.Severaltechnologieshavebeendevelopedtoaddressthisissue,includingtheuseofmicroalgaetoremovenitrogenandphosphorusfromwastewater.Thispaperexaminesthreemicroalgaespecies'efficacy,Chlorellavulgaris,Scenedesmusobliquus,andChlamydomonasreinhardtii,forremovingnitrogenandphosphorusfromartificialwastewater. Methodology Theexperimentwasconductedinacontinuous-flowphotobioreactor,wherethealgalcultureswerehousedandgrown.Anartificialwastewatersolutioncontainingnitrogenandphosphoruswasfedintothephotobioreactorcontinuouslywhilemonitoringthealgae'sgrowth.ThepHwasadjustedtoensurestablegrowthconditionsandtheculturesweremaintainedatatemperaturerangeof20-25°C.Theremovalefficiencyofthethreemicroalgaespecieswasmonitoredandanalyzedbymeasuringthechangesinnitrogenandphosphorusconcentrationsinthewastewaterbeforeandaftertreatment. Results Theresultsshowedthatallthreemicroalgaespecieseffectivelyremovednitrogenandphosphorusfromtheartificialwastewater.Astheculturesgrew,theytookupnutrientsinthewastewaterforgrowthandmetabolism,leadingtoasignificantreductioninnutrientconcentrations. Chlorellavulgarisbestremovednitrogenandphosphorusfromtheartificialwastewater.Ataconcentrationof50mg/L,Chlorellavulgarisremoved97.3%ofthenitrogenand98.7%ofthephosphorus.Scenedesmusobliquushadanefficiencyof91.4%and96.1%fornitrogenandphosphorus,respectively.Finally,Chlamydomonasreinhardtiiremoved85.6%ofthenitrogenand91.5%ofthephosphorus. Discussion Thestudyresultsindicatethatmicroalgaeareaneffectiveandenvironmentallyfriendlyoptionforreducingnitrogenandphosphorusconcentrationsinartificialwastewater.Microalgaehaveahighgrowthrateandcangro
