42CrMo锻件中夹杂物诱发白点研究 摘要: 本文通过对42CrMo锻件的夹杂物进行扫描电镜分析和统计学分析,深入探究夹杂物对42CrMo锻件白点缺陷的诱发作用。结果表明,夹杂物的体积分数、尺寸和位置对白点研究具有重要的影响。文章最后给出了几点建议,以期提高42CrMo锻件的制造质量。 关键词:42CrMo锻件,夹杂物,白点研究,扫描电镜,统计学分析 Introduction: 42CrMosteeliswidelyusedinthemanufactureofvariousmechanicalpartsduetoitshighstrength,goodtoughnessandexcellenthardenability.However,intheproductionprocessof42CrMosteel,whitespotsoftenoccur,whichseriouslyaffectthequalityofsteelandtheservicelifeofmechanicalparts.Theformationofwhitespotsin42CrMosteelisacomplexprocess,whichisaffectedbymanyfactors,suchasthecompositionofsteel,heattreatmentprocess,etc.Inthispaper,wefocusontheeffectofinclusionsontheformationofwhitespotsin42CrMosteel. Experimental: Inthisstudy,wecollected42CrMosteelsamplesfromdifferentsteelmillsandperformedSEManalysisonthemtoobservetheinclusionsandtheirdistributioninthesteel.TheSEMimageswereanalyzedusingstatisticalsoftwaretoobtainthetypicalsizeandvolumefractionofinclusionsindifferentsamples.Then,weusedametallographicmicroscopetoobservethedistributionofwhitespotsinthesamplesandevaluatetheirsizeanddistribution. Results: Theresultsshowthatinclusionshaveasignificantimpactontheformationofwhitespotsin42CrMosteel.Thevolumefractionandsizeofinclusionsarepositivelycorrelatedwiththeformationofwhitespots,andtheirpositioninthesteelalsoaffectstheformationofwhitespots.Thelargertheinclusion,thehighertheprobabilityofwhitespotsforming.Inaddition,wefoundthatwhitespotsaremorelikelytoformintheareaswheretheinclusionsareconcentrated. Conclusion: Inconclusion,thepresenceofinclusionsin42CrMosteelisanimportantfactoraffectingtheformationofwhitespots.Toimprovethequalityof42CrMosteel,thecontroloftheinclusioncontentandsizeinsteelshouldbestrengthened.Inaddition,thelocationoftheinclusionsinthesteelshouldalsobeconsideredtoreducetheformationofwhitespots.
