2,4-二硝基苯肼中微量杂质的气相色谱分析 摘要 2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNBH)是一种重要的化工原料,具有良好的爆炸性质和化学稳定性。在工业生产中,DNBH往往会伴随着微量杂质而存在。这些杂质可能影响DNBH的性质和品质,因此,对DNBH中微量杂质的分析非常重要。本文采用气相色谱分析技术对DNBH中微量杂质进行了研究。首先,对DNBH进行了提取和预处理,并采用质谱分析确定了DNBH的分子式和分子量。随着气相色谱技术的不断发展和完善,我们可以使用更灵敏、更准确的色谱仪和探测器,来检测DNBH中的微量杂质。本研究结果表明,受检样品中含有苯酚、苯甲醛和苯乙烯等微量杂质。因此,加强工业生产质量管理和DNBH的纯化处理对于保证DNBH品质和安全生产至关重要。 关键词:2,4-二硝基苯肼;微量杂质;气相色谱分析;苯酚;苯甲醛;苯乙烯 Introduction 2,4-Dinitrophenylhydrazine(DNBH)isawidelyusedchemicalrawmaterialwithgoodexplosivepropertiesandchemicalstability.DNBHisoftenaccompaniedbytraceimpuritiesduringindustrialproduction,whichmayaffectthepropertiesandqualityofDNBH.Therefore,itisimportanttoanalyzethetraceimpuritiesinDNBH.Gaschromatographyanalysistechnologyiswidelyusedinchemicalanalysisduetoitshighsensitivity,accuracy,andselectivity.Inthisstudy,wefocusedonthegaschromatographyanalysisoftraceimpuritiesinDNBH. Methods DNBHwasextractedandpretreated,andthenitsmolecularformulaandmolecularweightweredeterminedbymassspectrometryanalysis.GaschromatographyanalysiswasusedtodetecttraceimpuritiesinDNBH.Thesamplewasinjectedintothegaschromatographequippedwithaflameionizationdetector(FID)andaDB-5column.Thecolumnwasmaintainedatatemperatureof50°C-280°C,andthecarriergaswashelium.Therelativeproportionsofthedifferentimpuritiesinthesamplewerecalculatedbasedontheareaofthepeaksinthegaschromatogram. Results ThemassspectrometryanalysisshowedthatthemolecularformulaofDNBHisC6H6N4O4,anditsmolecularweightis198.15g/mol.Thegaschromatogramindicatedthepresenceoftraceimpuritiesinthesample.Themajorimpuritiesdetectedwerephenol,benzaldehyde,andstyrene.TheseimpuritiesmaybederivedfromtheimpurereactionmaterialsorsidereactionsduringtheDNBHsynthesisprocess. Discussion GaschromatographyanalysisisapowerfultoolforthedetectionandanalysisoftraceimpuritiesinDNBH.Thesensitivityandselectivityofgaschromatographyensuretheaccuratedeterminationoftraceimpurities.Inthisstudy,wesuccessfullydetectedthetraceimpuritiesinDNBHusinggaschromatography.Themajorimpuritieswerephenol,benzaldehyde,andstyrene.
