酸性废水体系中硫酸钙反应结晶过程研究(英文) StudyontheReactionandCrystallizationProcessofCalciumSulfateinAcidicWastewaterSystem Abstract Thereactionandcrystallizationprocessofcalciumsulfateinacidicwastewatersystemwereinvestigatedbyexperimentandanalysis.Theeffectsofvariousfactorsonthereactionandcrystallizationprocessofcalciumsulfatewerestudied,andthemechanismofreactionandcrystallizationwasanalyzed.TheresultsshowthatthepHvalueofwastewater,concentrationofcalciumion,andtemperaturehavesignificantinfluenceonthereactionandcrystallizationprocessofcalciumsulfate.WhenthepHvalueisbelow2,CaSO4iseasilyformedasthepHdecreases.Theconcentrationofcalciumionhasapositivecorrelationwiththeformationandcrystallizationofcalciumsulfate.Withtheincreaseofcalciumionconcentration,theactivityofcalciumionincreases,whichfavorstheformationofcalciumsulfate.Temperaturealsoaffectsthereactionandcrystallizationprocessofcalciumsulfate.Highertemperaturepromotestheformationandprecipitationofcalciumsulfate.Basedontheexperimentalresultsandmechanismanalysis,atheoreticalmodelofcalciumsulfatecrystallizationinacidicwastewatersystemwasestablished,whichprovidesatheoreticalbasisforthecontrolandtreatmentofsulfuricacidwastewater. Introduction Acidicwastewater,suchassulfatewastewaterandacidpicklingwastewater,containsalargeamountofsulfuricacidandmetalions.Theexistenceofthesesubstancesinwastewaterhasaseriousimpactontheenvironmentandhumanhealth.Amongthem,sulfuricacidisastrongacid,whichcanacidifythewaterenvironmentandcausesoilacidification,surfacerunoff,andgroundwaterpollution.Atthesametime,itcancausecorrosionanddamagetothefacilitiesandequipmentintheproductionprocess.Calciumsulfateisoneofthemaincomponentsinthetreatmentofacidicwastewatercontainingsulfateion,whichisaninsolublesolidprecipitatethatcanbeeasilyseparatedfromwastewater. Theformationandcrystallizationofcalciumsulfatedependonmanyfactors,suchasthepHvalueofwastewater,temperature,calciumionconcentration,andreactiontime.Therefore,itisveryimportanttostudythereactionandcrystallizationprocess
