钾长石-氯化钙焙烧提钾过程研究(英文) ResearchontheProcessofPotassiumExtractionfromPotassiumFeldsparbyCalciumChlorideRoasting Abstract Potassiumfeldsparisoneofthemostabundantmineralsonearththatcontainsimportantpotassiumresources.Thisstudyfocusesontheextractionofpotassiumfrompotassiumfeldsparthroughtheroastingprocesswithcalciumchloride.Theeffectsoftemperatureandtimeontheextractionefficiencywereinvestigated.Theresultsoftheexperimentsshowthatthetemperatureandtimehavesignificanteffectsontheextractionofpotassium.Theoptimaltemperatureandtimeforthepotassiumextractionprocessweredeterminedtobe800℃and120minutes,respectively.Undertheseconditions,theextractionefficiencyofpotassiumcouldreach80.9%.Furthermore,themechanismofpotassiumextractionfrompotassiumfeldsparbycalciumchlorideroastingwasanalyzedanditwasfoundthatthereactionfollowsatwo-stagemechanism.Finally,somesuggestionswereprovidedtoimprovetheextractionefficiencyofpotassiumfrompotassiumfeldspar. Severalmethodshavebeenproposedfortheextractionofpotassiumfrompotassiumfeldspar,suchasacidleaching,alkalifusion,electrostaticseparation,andthermaltreatment.Amongthesemethods,roastingwithcalciumchlorideisoneofthemostpromisingandefficientmethods.Calciumchlorideisacommonlyusedroastingagentduetoitshighsolubilityandlowcost.Inaddition,itcanreactwithfeldspartoformsolublecalciumsilicateandpotassiumchloride.Thelattercanbeeasilyseparatedfromt
