泡沫铝真空钎焊工艺研究(英文) ResearchonVacuumBrazingTechnologyofFoamedAluminum Abstract: Vacuumbrazingisacommonlyusedweldingtechnologyintheaerospace,automotive,andelectronicsindustries.Foamedaluminumisanewtypeoflightmaterialwithexcellentproperties,whichhasgreatpotentialapplicationsinvariousfields.Inthisstudy,thevacuumbrazingprocessoffoamedaluminumwasinvestigated,andtheeffectsofbrazingtemperature,holdingtime,andsurfacetreatmentonthebrazingqualitywereanalyzed.Theresultsshowedthatasuitabletemperatureandholdingtimewerecriticaltoachieveasoundjoint.Surfacetreatmentsuchasdegreasingandacidwashingcouldimprovethewettabilityofthebrazingfillermetalonthefoamedaluminumsurface.Themicrostructuresandmechanicalpropertiesofthebrazedjointswerecharacterizedbyscanningelectronmicroscopyandtensiletests.Thefindingsofthisstudycouldprovideguidanceforthedevelopmentandapplicationoffoamedaluminumproducts.
