新型聚异氰脲酸硬质泡沫材料的制备及性能研究 Title:PreparationandPerformanceStudyofNovelPolyisocyanurateRigidFoamMaterials Abstract: Polyisocyanurate(PIR)foammaterialshavegainedmuchattentionduetotheirexceptionalthermalinsulationproperties,fireresistance,andmechanicalstrength.ThisstudyaimstoinvestigatethepreparationandperformanceofanewtypeofPIRrigidfoammaterialusingpolyisocyanateandmelamineasrawmaterials.Thefoammaterialswerepreparedbyatwo-stepprocessincludingthereactionofpolymericisocyanatewithmelamineandsubsequentpolycondensation.Thethermalinsulation,fireresistance,mechanicalproperties,andotherrelevantcharacteristicsofthePIRfoamsampleswereevaluated.TheresultsshowedthattheproposedPIRfoammaterialsexhibitedexcellentthermalinsulationproperties,withalowthermalconductivitycoefficient.Thepresenceofmelamineinthefoamstructureimprovedthefireresistancesignificantly,achievingahigherflameretardantrating.Additionally,thePIRfoamsamplespossessedfavorablemechanicalproperties,includinghighcompressivestrengthandresistancetodeformation.Overall,thenovelPIRfoammaterialdevelopedinthisstudyexhibitspromisingperformanceandhasthepotentialforvariousapplicationsinbuildinginsulationandotherindustries.
